- Cause Analysis
1. Cracking of the substrate causes cracking of the paint film.
2. The paint film is too thick.
3, using the wrong coating system, the elasticity does not match.
4. Low temperature construction.
- Solution
1. After the base layer is treated, it should be recoated as required.
2.the brush should adhere to the principle of "thin coating more than once" to ensure uniform thickness of the paint film during construction, no accumulation.
3. Select a coating system that matches the base layer.
4. Ensure that the construction conditions meet the requirements. It is not recommended to work in an environment below 5 degrees Celsius.
