Foaming
2019-05-17
Some paint films appear bulging after the construction is completed for a period of time。
1.The base putty is mainly composed of gypsum powder, talcum powder and double fly powder. When it is inflated with water, it starts to foam the paint film。
2.The moisture content of the substrate is too high, and the pressure bulges the paint film when it is diffused outward, especially the product with poor gas permeability。
3.Poor water-repellent treatment during civil construction causes rainwater to enter the basement through cracks or unpainted base surfaces, or leakage or water seepage, which may damage the paint film during diffusion。
1.After polishing, re-coat as strictly as required。
2.If it is caused by putty, remove the putty and scrape it with a suitable putty。
3.Ensure that the moisture content of the base layer is ≤10% during construction。
4.Follow the construction specifications, make the base waterproof layer, repair the base crack before construction, ensure the moisture content of the base meets the construction requirements, and if necessary, increase the paint layer in the local area to prevent the rainwater from infiltrating。
